What you will do
  • Identify and propose actionable opportunities for brand activation or shopping experience improvements per quarter.

  • Evaluate the performance of past activations and implement at least 3 data-driven adjustments to future strategies

  • Ensure 100% of visual communication materials (displays, POP, brochures) are installed and properly maintained at all strategic points of sale.

  • Design strategies to increase GMV and frequency of our clients at Physical stores

  • Successfully plan and execute events per quarter, including sponsorships, partner support initiatives, or internal campaigns.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise promoters for identified key points of sale, ensuring their understanding of Addi’s brand and products.

  • Ensure strategies to keep promoters motivated and consistently meeting their assigned objectives, including activation execution and high-quality customer interactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in Trade Marketing

  • 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or consumer finance.

  • Proven success in developing offline campaigns that drive measurable increases in product adoption and customer acquisition.

Strategic Thinking and Creativity

  • Ability to craft tailored trade marketing strategies that align with Addi’s mission and disrupt traditional retail financing models.

  • Creative mindset to develop innovative activations that differentiate Addi in a competitive landscape.

Outstanding Execution Excellence skills

  • Strong focus on operational execution, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly delivered and meet or exceed expectations.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Solid Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Expertise in using merchant and customer insights to inform strategies and measure campaign impact.

  • Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize trade marketing initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration and Communication

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, particularly sales, product, and customer success, to deliver cohesive outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills to influence merchants and stakeholders and foster long-term relationships.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Meet with our Head of comms for a 45-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you questions about your technical background and experience. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at Addi.

  • Business Case Presentation to our comms team, with this business challenge, we want to see your business strategy, prioritization skills and expertise facing a real-situation.

  • Meet with our CRO for a 30-minute chat to talk about your skills in strategic thinking, collaborative mindset, problem solving and cultural alignment.

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
