Working in partnership with the Internal Account Manager (IAM), the Internal Account Coordinator (IAC) is responsible for generating sales opportunities and coordinating sales activities within the Traditional Brokerage, and Financial Institutions Distribution team. You will need to be proactive and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be the first point of contact for our insurance distributors & Brokerage General Agents (BGAs), and large producers (agents). And you will need to be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and a variety of tasks as assigned by the IAM, or Regional Vice Presidents such as; setting appointments for Strategic Distribution Reviews, administering surveys, conducting product illustrations, and ensuring participation at Legal & General America (LGA) client events (webinars, trainings).
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and emails and respond to inquiries from assigned agencies.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Distribution and Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaign collateral (campaigns in a box, webinars) to assigned accounts.
- Provide product information, illustrations, and pricing updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to manager on sales performance.
- Track sales actives in LGA's customer relationship management system
Qualifications:
Experience/Knowledge
At least 1 - 2 years experience in a sales, customer contact or outbound telephone role
High school diploma
Skills
Excellent people skills - need to let personality come through phone and email

Excellent relationship building skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

What’s in it for you?
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $47,200 - $61,300 annually. This is a remote opportunity working EST.
The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 3% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 10 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
