Job description

Overview:

Alliance products are used globally in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, universities, apartment complexes, fire stations and more. Our digital interfaces allow advanced remote management of laundry operations and provide a convenient laundry experience. The Digital Products team owns the full product lifecycle: we design, develop, and support these solutions. Working with our marketing and sales enablement teams, the Digital Product Marketing Manager drives product adoption by shaping market perception and equipping our sales teams to understand and sell the product. This person will collaborate closely with Digital Product Managers and report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our digital offerings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing department to integrate product messaging into marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Craft clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, webinars, and blog posts, in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Product Launches: Plan and manage the launch of new products and features, coordinating with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure success.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with Commercial Support teams to develop sales tools and training materials to empower the sales team with effective product knowledge and messaging.
  • Customer Engagement: Speak with customers, and collaborate with customer success and support teams, to gather feedback and testimonials to showcase the value of our platform.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform and adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies for global markets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms relevant tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
