Tarea Criticas y esencial

  • Registrar y analizar transacciones financieras, asegurando la precisión y la conformidad con los principios contables y las políticas de la empresa.
  • Preparar informes financieros periódicos, como estados de resultados, balances generales y estados de flujo de efectivo, siguiendo los requisitos contables y las normas financieras.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas para garantizar la precisión de los saldos de efectivo y la conciliación de transacciones.
  • Analizar las variaciones en los saldos de cuentas y proporcionar explicaciones para cualquier discrepancia identificada.
  • Apoyar en la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos y en el cumplimiento de requisitos fiscales y regulatorios nacionales.
  • Colaborar en la preparación y el soporte durante auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando documentación y explicaciones necesarias.
  • Mantener y actualizar los sistemas contables y bases de datos financieras, asegurando la integridad de los datos y la eficiencia de los procesos.
  • Asistir en proyectos especiales relacionados con la contabilidad, como implementación de nuevos sistemas contables, procesos de reestructuración o adquisiciones.

Requisitos

2 años de experiencia como Analista de Contabilidad

Educación

2 o 3 años de Estudios universitarios de Contaduría Pública y Auditoría. Preferiblemente especialización en Finanzas y/o Administrador de Empresas.
