Summer Internships: Monday, May 19, 2025 (40/hours per week max)

The Intern - Sales Enablement Design contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do

The Intern - Sales Enablement Design may perform any of the following activities:
  • Produces effective training materials to meet the goals and objectives of the audience
  • Works with stakeholders to determine learning gaps and business requirements.
  • Designs and develops instructional materials using a variety of tools
  • Edits segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for the post-production process
  • Consults with stakeholders from pre-production through production and post-production processes
  • Implements projects, for both online and print products, that reflect Workiva brands and its creative components
  • Imports, updates and tracks LMS learning modules

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design or related program
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our team
  • Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator)
 
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Minimal travel
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva
