Job Summary
As the leader of a high-performing team of business analysts, you will drive the creation and delivery of actionable business intelligence to support strategic product growth and decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Health business leaders to identify key reporting and dashboard needs, ensuring seamless integration of data by partnering with EDA to gather requirements, design solutions, and maintain data integrity. In addition, you will work with executive leadership and stakeholders to define KPIs and analytics initiatives that fuel long-term growth.

In this role, you will also focus on building strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, including with home office teams and affiliate partners, to align business intelligence initiatives with strategic priorities. By working across Wealth Distribution Analytics, Finance, and EDA, you will help establish a unified source of data and consistent enterprise reporting, integrating financial and production metrics to provide comprehensive insights that inform both strategic and operational decision-making.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts focused on generating actionable business intelligence to support strategic product growth.
  • Collaborate with Health business leaders to identify key reporting and dashboard needs, partnering with EDA to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define KPIs and analytics initiatives that drive growth and inform business decisions.
  • Guide Health leaders in prioritizing and developing Tableau dashboards, addressing immediate ad hoc reporting needs, and ensuring the transition of longer-term reporting into Tableau dashboards in collaboration with EDA.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in operational analytics to enable data-driven optimization and product development.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, including with home office teams and affiliate partners, to support business intelligence initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of materials for board meetings and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead and identify ad hoc projects or analytics that drive the attainment of growth targets and support strategic decision-making.
  • Instill best practices in user acceptance testing, validation, and delivery, ensuring projects are high-quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to Health leadership, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate across Wealth Distribution Analytics, Finance, and EDA to support a unified source of data and consistent enterprise reporting, integrating financial and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements

  • Degree Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics or a related field or equivalent work experience is required, and MBA is preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience required

Knowledge Skills, and Abilities

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Suite and BI Tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Superior research and analytical skills, curious thinker with demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and problem-solving tasks.
