Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Account Manager/Producer responsible for generating new athletic accident insurance business opportunities and expanding our client base. Primary responsibility will be to develop dialogue and rapport with prospective clients, sell various insurance products, assess client needs, provide tailored solutions to meet their individual requirements and serve as the advocate for the client institution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and financial situations.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and guide them in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to negotiate terms and secure competitive quotes.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop strategy to cross-sell various product lines beyond ICS.
- Responsible for the collection of underwriting information for renewals and new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must hold appropriate insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty.
- Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Accounting or health insurance experience a plus.
