Job description

We are seeking for a new talent to join the team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project with a company specializing in energy production and exploration.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Skills:

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Expert proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools is required.

- Expert level of proficiency in Application Remediation is recommended.

- Engineering Support with Expert proficiency and IT Troubleshooting with Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance application support efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on application support best practices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure optimal system functionality
