Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound or outbound calls (Voice) or respond to customer queries via chat, email, or other digital communication channels.
    • Provide accurate and relevant information about products, services, or issues.
    • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
  2. Issue Resolution:

    • Understand and troubleshoot customer complaints or issues, providing solutions in a clear and concise manner.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management or specialized departments.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns are completely addressed.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Stay updated with the latest product features, company policies, and promotions.
    • Ensure that customers are informed of new product offerings, discounts, or troubleshooting steps.
  4. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately log customer information, issues, and resolutions into the CRM system or ticketing platform.
    • Track and document customer feedback, providing insights for future improvements.
  5. Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

    • Ensure that each customer interaction is handled with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide a positive customer experience, which includes being empathetic, patient, and efficient during every interaction.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work in coordination with other team members, managers, and supervisors to meet performance goals and service targets.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or the primary language of the company).
    • Ability to articulate information in a clear, confident, and polite manner.
  2. Problem-Solving Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills to understand and resolve customer issues quickly.
    • Ability to handle stress and difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  3. Tech-Savvy:

    • Comfortable working with various digital tools, chat platforms, CRM software, and communication systems.
    • Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues, particularly with the tools used for communication.
  4. Time Management:

    • Ability to manage multiple chats or calls simultaneously, especially in a busy or high-volume environment.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and performance targets.
  5. Adaptability:

    • Be open to working flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
    • Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and new software or procedures.
