Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and maintenance services to clients to ensure optimal utilization and smooth operation of their IFS ERP software platform. As an Inivos employee, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in supporting ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in their use of the IFS ERP software platform in the Supply chain domain.
  • Identify and analyse software issues and provide timely resolutions and workarounds to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles to assist in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the IFS ERP software and provide recommendations to clients for system improvements.

Requirements

  • An academic background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in providing customer support for IFS ERP systems, preferably in Supply chain domain.
  • Strong knowledge of the IFS ERP software platform, including configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
