In this role being a part of our HRB Portal Support Team you will ensure the successful implementation of HRB Portal solutions with our clients in Baltics through product and implementation expertise. As a consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing the best practices’ insights, helping our clients with new solutions’ implementation, business and system requirements’ specifications. What you will do:
HRB Portal implementation and optimization:
HRB Portal presentations
Workshops for clients on Payroll processes and solution needs
Business requirements’ fixation and maintenance
Payroll module system set-up
On-site & online clients’ training
Clients’ consultation on the system functionality and the best practices in Payroll AGroup R&D team consultation on labor legislation and the accepted practices Proactive work with the team to manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales Software requirements gathering, analysis and communication with the team on the system improvements.
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of Payroll Localization in Estonia
Problem-Solving: ability to analyze problems and identify the root cause, offering practical and effective solutions; offering timely and effective assistance and develop customized solutions, which may involve software to address the client's needs
Proactive Case Management: work collaboratively with the team to manage open cases and ensure responses are provided within the agreed-upon timescales.
Creating and Executing Test Cases: develop test cases based on defined requirements, and execute them after improvements or changes have been made to the system.
Maintaining Solution Documentation: Keep solution documentation up-to-date, ensuring it accurately reflects current system functionality, processes, and any changes.
End-User Training: Provide training to end-users upon request, ensuring they are equipped to use the software or systems effectively.
Fluent in English and Estonian languages
