20+ is the number of production work centers managed by the Planning team. Join our team and contribute to efficient planning hence ensuring that all processes are aligned within the supply chain and striving to deliver safe and effective products for our patients.

The Tactical Planner drives and manages the Master Production Schedule for the tactical horizon (3/4-24 months), ensuring capacity and resources are in place to support Customer requirements. In essence, the role is responsible for providing customer service and ensuring the availability, in terms of date and quantity, of the shipping items to the next point of supply.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establishes optimal master production schedule for the tactical horizon from month 3/4 to 24 months, including:
  Production volumes based on demand; Rough cut capacity analysis; Resources allocation resulting in anticipated operational costs and inventory levels.
• Is responsible for the capacity and resources planning for the whole production unit for the tactical horizon based on demonstrated capabilities or reasonable assumptions and owns the load profile proposed and approved in the Supply review.
• Aligns Master Production Schedule (MPS) to the production plan approved in S&OP
• Ensures the right level of SKU Inventories at the next point of the supply chain.
• Owns planning parameters in ERP Systems like MOQ, campaign size, and product segmentation.
• Confirms supply orders, and firmed production orders at the entry point of the time fence.
• Leads action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for continuous improvement.
• Drives increase of vendor-managed inventory.

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in SCM, procurement, manufacturing, or similar positions is preferred.
• University degree (BSc) in technical, economics,  logistics, or other area.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Slovenian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

We offer a one-year temporary employment, with a 6-month probation period.
