About the Role
We are looking for a Product Partnerships Manager to drive and manage strategic partnerships in the indirect tax space. This role sits at the intersection of product, business development, and compliance, helping shape how we collaborate with tax technology providers, financial platforms, and ecosystem partners to enhance our indirect tax solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience in product-led partnerships, a strong understanding of indirect tax (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax), and a track record of working cross-functionally to drive business growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard key partners to enhance and promote our indirect tax capabilities.

Product Integration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to support seamless integrations between our tax solutions and partner platforms.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive adoption, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue growth.

Compliance & Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on global indirect tax regulations and trends, ensuring our partnerships align with evolving tax compliance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and compliance teams to ensure partners support customer needs and compliance requirements.

Partnership Performance Optimization: Monitor partner performance, analyze impact metrics, and refine strategies to maximize business value.

Thought Leadership: Represent the company in industry forums, partner events, and webinars to drive awareness of our indirect tax solutions.
Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS, eCommerce or tax technology.
- Strong understanding of indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) and the role of technology in automating tax processes.
- Experience working with tax software, ERPs, payments platforms, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive product-led partnerships, from negotiation to execution and ongoing management.
- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations, working effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
