Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We’re seeking a Marketing Technology Integration Specialist to join our Media department and assist in client onboarding, systems setup, and data integrations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity between marketing platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools, setting the foundation for high-quality data-driven performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client-side technical stakeholders to establish robust tagging, tracking, and data pipelines, enabling our media efforts to deliver actionable insights and measurable results.

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement tagging and tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel) to capture critical campaign performance data.

  • Connect and sync marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with analytics systems (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with client CRM and analytics teams to troubleshoot connection issues and align data structures.

  • Experience connecting and reporting calls through platforms like CallRail or Twilio

  • Establish and document workflows for API integrations and data imports/exports between systems.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Build foundational data structures and ensure tracking is set up to feed into reporting tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with tracking tags, broken integrations, or data discrepancies.

  • Provide support to internal teams (Paid Media, SEO, etc) on technical data questions or challenges.

  • Create and maintain best practices for onboarding, tagging, and integrations to streamline future client setups.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, reducing manual effort during onboarding.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in data integrations, CRM setup, or marketing technology implementation.

  • Experience supporting/enhancing lead generation programs.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and campaign tracking.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) a plus.

  • Expertise in tagging and tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, UTM parameters).

  • Knowledge of data integration methods (API connections, webhook setup).

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

  • Basic understanding of SQL or Python for troubleshooting data flows is a plus

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Where: REMOTE -- US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to 85,000 USD per hour/year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
