Job description

This is a remote position.

The Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services within a provincial healthcare network. The Project Manager will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives across healthcare systems.

Requirements

Must Have:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
ProSci Change Management Certification
Valid certification in project management.
Valid certification in program management.

Required experience:

10 years’ experience in a project management role including developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading multi-functional teams.
8 years’ experience managing changes to healthcare services including creating project plans and liaising with clinical stakeholders.
3 years’ experience leading a team in healthcare system analysis and redesign, including surgical process flows, intake and governance.
3 years’ experience implementing, upgrading, or operating Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering functionality.
5 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects in including organizational and service redesign projects.
1 year of experience implementing, upgrading, or operating electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions in a healthcare environment.
