About the role

The Partner Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a set of distribution partners that will help generate inbound leads for Groomer.io. Partners may include grooming associations, merchant processing resellers, and grooming schools. They must foster these relationships and encourage partners to promote our brand to their audiences to drive inbound leads.

Create and maintain relationships with our partner network

Increase revenue through partnerships via co-marketing and referrals

Identify goals and refine metrics using a data-driven approach

Conceptualize and execute co-marketing campaigns with our partners

Report and forecast demo and referral requests

Coordinate and attend physical and virtual partner events

Onboard and account manage all partnerships

Travel 10-15% of the time in the US

About You:

Great communication skills, energetic, and loves to build strong relationships

2 years experience in Partner Management; B2B tech, SAAS experience a bonus

Experience or interest in flexing their skills to work on co-marketing opportunities with our partners

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, partners, and personalities

Cultural acumen and the ability to empathize with our clients and their pain points
