Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email Marketing QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance of CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various channels. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free campaigns.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/CST
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is acceptable).
  • 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns.
  • Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems (email, push, in-app messaging).
  • Familiarity with HTML for troubleshooting dynamic email tags and templates.
  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.

Core Tasks:
  • Conduct QA reviews for CRM campaigns, verifying branding, copy accuracy, targeting, and technical setup.
  • Review and validate email configurations for dynamic content (e.g., Liquid tags) to ensure accurate personalization.
  • Execute and manage CRM campaign tactics, including email, push notifications, and in-app banners.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for campaign tracking, QA reports, and campaign overviews.
  • Identify and escalate SLA violations, QA errors, and other issues to team leads for resolution.

The Compensation:

  • β‚±55,000 to β‚±85,000/month
