Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our sales teams in achieving their targets by adopting our systems and processes, and improving their efficiency and for a seamless customer journey. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring success in pipeline generation and efficiency, and ensuring the creation of well crafted and thoughtful enablement material.
Mission
This role will focus on contributing to overall pipeline success by engaging with sales teams directly, providing key insights through data and analytics, and supporting our end to end sales teams by being the primary owner of any training and enablement initiatives. As a link between revenue operations and sales, you will also work closely new the business sales teams to monitor sales performance and process adoption, and to leverage analytics in order to help make data driven decisions.
The ideal candidate would have a combination of solid sales experience, a natural appetite and drive for solving problems, ability to analyze and understand sales data, and a proficiency to create and manage enablement collateral.
Scope
1. Training and enablement:
Design, run, and manage sales regular training sessions.
Document processes, manage deployment and connectivity of global playbooks for the whole Sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Avoma, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Gainsight
Lead and own all analytics related to enablement initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and survey analysis.
2. Sales efficiency and metrics:
Create and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
Accountable for the overall health and improvement of data quality and accuracy.
Make proactive recommendations to address gaps in sales execution or processes to ensure a positive impact to the sales lifecycle.
3. Cross collaboration and engagement:
Proactively maintain a regular cadence of communication with leadership and sales, including but not limited to the VP of Sales.
Work closely with various stakeholders (i.e sales, marketing, customer success) to capture requirements and implement controls to monitor adoption of sales processes.
Collaborate with various other teams to fulfill project requirements and address blockers in delivering solutions.
4. Technical:
Understanding high level aspects of Outreach and Salesforce; including basic administration.
Overall comfortable with technical assessments and learning new systems.
Always following and staying on top of current best practices and industry standards to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications3+ years experience in a SaaS company with a background in sales, operations, or equivalent position.Proven track record in successfully creating and running training programs and utilizing Learning Management Systems such as 360 Learning. Experience with Notion is an asset.Experience with using and configuring various sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, Avoma, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Proficient in Outreach or Salesloft sequencing tools. Outreach Certified Administrator is an asset.Experience with addressing top of funnel challenges and outbound cycles, with a proven track record of optimizing outbound motions.Experience with project management and agile best practices to ensure successful project delivery.Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on clear and concise communication style.Solid understanding of Sales lifecycles and Customer journeys.Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skills tools (data tracking, analysis, and generating insights).Strong organizational skills, accountability, and collaboration facilities.Persistent and enthusiastic.Curious, driven, and a constant learner.
