We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Media Planner/Buyer to join our fast growing Integrated Media team. This role will focus on the execution and reporting of integrated media campaigns across various client accounts, including digital and traditional media where appropriate. You will assist in the development and own the implementation of media strategies, conduct in-depth data analysis, and contribute to the overall success of client campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
    • Be responsible for executing  and managing digital media campaigns across various platforms, including CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, and DOOH, utilizing platforms such as Xandr, TradeDesk, AdQuick, and MNTN.
      • Get hands-on experience managing cutting-edge media campaigns across all of these platforms.
    • Perform essential ad operations tasks, such as creative trafficking, media and site tag implementation, and campaign optimization.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Develop and launch A/B tests to optimize campaign performance across various dimensions (e.g., targeting, creative, channels).
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis:
    • Assist in the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly media strategies aligned with client KPIs.
    • Contribute to the RFP process by providing thoughtful and efficient media approaches to potential partners.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative media strategies that drive client success.
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
    • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and key findings.
  • Industry Knowledge & Collaboration:
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., account management, creative) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
    • Assist in evaluating and onboarding new vendors, tools, and software as needed.
Qualifications & Experience

EXPERIENCE: 0-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, reporting, and ad tech or relevant internships, coursework, or related experience. Ideal candidates are recent college graduates or professionals seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced agency environment

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, reporting, and ad tech.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the programmatic landscape.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and a  willingness to help where needed
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work or visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work East Coast business hours (approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).

Preferred:

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Exposure to industry-standard media planning and buying tools.
  • Experience with platforms like Trade Desk, Xandr, or MNTN.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
