Requirements skills:

5+ years of experience in Javascript and TypeScript development on the backend

You've shipped numerous NodeJS and Express servers and supported them in
production

AWS is very familiar to you. You know how to configure its systems without creating security leaks, performance bottlenecks, or billing problems.

API design, development, and documentation: you have made your own APIs that other people use, learning valuable lessons over time about pitfalls to avoid

Unit, integration, and acceptance test development

You can read, write, and speak English proficiently. Software engineering is a team sport, and we must be able to communicate efficiently to move quickly.

Our stack includes:
Express, TypeScript
Amazon Web Services: DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, OpenSearch, S3
Tight integration with Meta/WhatsApp APIs

Remuneration:

Compensation in US dollars as contractor.
