Position Title: Customer Service Representative (German Bilingual)

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative professional fluent in German to provide outstanding service, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist clients with web hosting, server performance, and account management.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to websites, email, databases, and other technical aspects

  • Monitor and maintain server performance to ensure optimal functionality and uptime for clients

  • Assist customers with account setup, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively



What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in web hosting using cPanel/WHM, with a strong understanding of different hosting environments (shared, reseller, dedicated, and VPS)

  • Familiarity with support tools such as Livechatinc

  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal is advantageous

  • Experience in managing Customer Service and Technical Support in a professional environment

  • Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
