Job Title: Sales Development Representative - SDR

Location: Remote (Global) / Riyadh  - Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Omniful, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities. This role is critical to our sales pipeline, and youll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate & qualify leads, engage prospects, and drive awareness for Omnifuls innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a hunger to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential prospects within target markets and industries, using various tools and channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online research.

    • Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.

    • Develop a deep understanding of Omnifuls solutions and market positioning to effectively communicate our value proposition and address customer pain points.


  • Outreach and Engagement:
    • Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their challenges, needs, and goals, positioning Omnifuls solutions as the ideal fit.

    • Engage and nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication, building strong relationships and trust over time.

    • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and providing context on prospect needs and interests.


  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
    • Work closely with Marketing to support and enhance lead generation campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless experience for prospects.

    • Provide feedback to the Sales and Product teams on common objections, pain points, and market insights gained during prospect conversations.

    • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a consistent approach to lead qualification and pipeline development.


  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Track all outreach activities and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospect information.

    • Analyze and report on outreach performance metrics, such as response rates, lead conversion rates, and meeting set rates, to continuously optimize outreach strategies.

    • Share insights and recommendations for improving messaging, targeting, and conversion rates based on data analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within SaaS, B2B technology, or logistics and supply chain solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value clearly.

  • Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation or sales targets.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track outreach activities is a plus.

  • Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to take initiative in identifying opportunities and driving growth.
