Keller Executive Search is partnering with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in novelty sweets to find a passionate International Sales Representative. This role is pivotal in expanding our client's global footprint, reaching new markets, and enhancing customer relationships. You will work closely with a motivated team and play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow the company's presence in international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients in various countries.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand cultural differences affecting sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international markets.
- Present and demonstrate the unique attributes of our novelty sweets to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and terms that meet company standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the company's products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, specifically within the confectionery or novelty sweets sector.
- Deep understanding of various international markets and the ability to navigate cultural nuances in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, capable of working independently and in teams.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Extensive travel may be required for client meetings and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages will be considered an asset.
