The IT Nation Community Manager is responsible for ensuring that the IT Nation programs are properly aligned and delivered based on the partner’s business and success needs. This role works with cross functional teams to maintain relationships with partners and solution partners by acting as a community ambassador of the company
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the IT Nation team(s), with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Delivers IT Nation events and activities in alignment with the global strategic and tactical plan
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners, solution partners and MSPs, by growing
commitment and providing resources when needed
- Point of contact for IT Nation members and event attendees, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely
manner according to the ConnectWise Partner Experience standards (W.I.S.E)
- Hosts and presents at IT Nation Evolve Community Day events and other events as required
- Owns the on-site delivery of IT Nation Events according to the deliverables, culture and partner
experience guidelines of IT Nation
- Works closely with the Marketing Events team to ensure that event execution plans meet program
deliverables and member expectations to meet budget requirements
- Identifies, develops and owns areas of innovation and improvement for IT Nation programs, events and
community growth
- Works closely with the IT Nation Program Managers to ensure facilitation and facilities needs are met
- Coordinates budget needs and manage delivery closely with IT Nation leadership
- Facilitates connection to appropriate resources for sales opportunities
- Provides guidance to clients on inquires about technical and business challenges they face
- Leads partners through IT Nation Evolve onboarding process, working closely with members of the
support team to ensure successful completion and meeting expectations

- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area

requirements
- High level of business acumen, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to generate leads and close new sales opportunities
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to resolve or coordinate the resolution of
complex business process problems in a logical manner
- Project management and leadership skills required to drive resolution of issues across multiple company
departments
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to create and update programs
- Ability to build and foster relationships with partners and prospects
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 30-40% travel may be required (domestic and international)
