Position Summary: 

The Associate People and Culture Business Partner (Assoc P&C BP) serves as a key partner to business units, providing consultation and support while ensuring alignment with company strategies to meet business objectives. The Assoc. P&C BP is responsible for driving the execution of P&C strategies that support business needs, foster a productive work environment, and promote company core values.  

Essential Job Functions: 
  • Serve as the primary P&C partner to people leaders, supporting talent strategies, and business objectives both short and long-term.  
  • Engage in the staffing process, partnering with the TA team with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to meet business talent needs.  
  • Collaborate with People Operations and leadership to influence P&C strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  
  • Promote and execute HR employee lifecycle processes, including coaching, associate engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management.  
  • Develop and execute training programs tailored to business needs, measuring the return on investment.  
  • Use people analytics to inform HR strategies, engagement drivers, and action plans, supporting leaders with continuous performance feedback.  
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution, and promoting a positive employee relations environment.  
  • Support the education and compliance of compensation strategies based on market research, pay surveys, and internal pay structures, ensuring the company’s approach is competitive and compliant.  
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, maintaining updated job descriptions, and company policies. Partnering with legal, as necessary.
  • Partner with the TA team to manage talent pipeline, hiring priorities, and progress against hiring plans.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with broader business initiatives.  
Position Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.  
  • 5+ years of experience in P&C
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with P&C principles, employment laws, and compliance.  
  • Professional certifications, such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  
  • Any experience with labor contracts or unionized environments is a plus.  
  • Experience in compensation analysis and designing employee retention strategies.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000$130,000 USD
