We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive data analytics for the Restaking Ecosystems forward and empower P2P.org with reliable, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimizing data marts for the Restaking ecosystems, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and quality. You will also perform research and analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and business acumen, turning complex datasets into meaningful narratives that support decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities.   • Explore Restaking blockchain ecosystems to detect possible opportunities and risks

  • Optimise economy for validation process including research, modelling, improving business processes.

  • Design and develop end-to-end data solutions, from initial analysis and model development to deployment, optimizing for performance and scalability

  • Provide informative dashboards to team, company and community.

  • Configure data platform instruments to load, process and transform data

  • Formulate data requirements for data engineering team. Decide on granularity, frequency, data quality.

  • Govern your team data marts. Provide data lineage from sources to reporting.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to your team

You have 🤓
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology.

  • Data research skills, including probability theory and mathematical statistics, and the ability to work with models like regressions and A/B tests is considered an advantage.

  • Competence with the analytical Python stack.

  • Experience working with ETL instruments such as Airflow and dbt.

  • Proficiency in advanced SQL, including different joins and window expressions (utilizing Google BigQuery).

  • Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset, Looker)

  • Data storytelling skills and the ability to form and defend opinions with data beyond reasonable doubt.

  • Fluent in English: B2+
