Presbyterian is seeking a Telecom Auditor who is responsible for requesting, monitoring requests, passing on due dates, and bill reconciliation and payment for all carrier services (local, long distance and network services). Perform routine audits of telephone and network billing to assure accuracy. Follow up on billing errors to assure billing accuracy. Maintain the billing management system. Submit bill for payment for any telephone related services provided by the PHS Telecom department to PHS employees, departments and non-affiliated physicians

Prefer Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively interact with customers to understand their needs and explain data
- Minimum 3 years of experience Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and Excel)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with cost management platforms OnBase, Lawson and Imagenow
- Minimum 3 years of experience using telco vendor billing portals (Lumen, Windstream, Verizon, Unite Private Networks, Conterra, Granite, Plateau, Tularosa Basin Telephone company and Penasco Valley Telephone.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Trade School Program Certification preferred and four years job-specific, telecommunications carrier experience required.
- Capable of effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to prepare technical reports, reference documentation, Visio diagrams, knowledgebase articles
Responsibilities:
- Consults with Voice and Data Network Engineers in order to gather information for ordering telecommunications services from carriers.
- Places orders for telecommunications services from local exchange carriers, competitive local exchange carriers, and long distance services providers. Tracks and monitors orders and advises technical staff of due dates and due date delays.
- Audits all monthly billing from carriers to assure that costs incurred are appropriate. Advises carriers of billing errors. Monitors to assure that billing errors are corrected. Assure that all taxes incurred are appropriate.
- Annually conducts system wide audits to assure that services are being utilized, and that carrier service billing is accurately
- Tracks all monthly expenses to assure that accurate records are kept on monthly costs incurred for each location.
- Prepares monthly billing and track payments of billing for all physician groups for which we resell telecommunications services.
- Prepares monthly billing for departmental allocation of expenses for telephone system hardware.
