How you will make a difference: 
 

As the HR Services Team Manager, GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. By managing and coordinating the regional GEO HR Services team, you will drive smooth collaboration between the GEO business, In-Country Experts, clients, and workers. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the successful onboarding of new workers and maintaining excellence in daily operations.
 

  • Oversee end-to-end regional GEO HR Services operations, ensuring timely and accurate client/employee relations services while applying employment law and mitigating commercial risk.
  • Develop and implement policies, best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team, ensuring compliance with regional laws and global governance standards.
  • Provide clear direction, support, and motivation to the team to ensure they meet individual and group performance goals.
  • Track team and individual performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment, recognising and rewarding achievements to keep morale high.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with GEO Operations management to set strategic goals and make key operational decisions to enhance efficiency and drive long-term success.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the HR Services team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on compliance, benefits, and employment regulations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage budgets.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures comply with legal and governance requirements.

  

What will make you stand out:   

  • Extensive Team Leadership experience with a strong background in Human Resources Management is a must.
  • Experience which includes managing global teams and providing HR coverage for the Nordics region is a great advantage.
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and leveraging technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimise HR policies, procedures, and workflows to align with business goals.
  • In-depth expertise in employment law, labor relations, and managing complex employee relations issues across diverse regions.
  • Proven proficiency in process management, monitoring team performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Experience in developing internal talent and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
