    Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Lead Generation: Engage with leads from our existing database, nurturing both new and expired leads, as well as seller and buyer prospects.
    • Effective Communication: Use a natural tone in conversations while understanding the importance of scripting, avoiding hard-selling tactics.
    • Database Management: Efficiently organize and manage our database in Follow Up Boss (FUB), creating smart plans and follow-up processes.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with vendors and interactions with clients.
    • Feedback Collection: Obtain and record feedback from showings on our listings.
    • Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks using G Suite and other tools as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Follow Up Boss.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus.
