We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions that meet business objectives.
Your main tasks will be:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements through active listening and clear communication.
- Documenting requirements in a structured and organized manner, including user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyzing gathered information to identify patterns, dependencies, and potential conflicts in requirements.
- Proposing solutions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to align with business goals.
- Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
We expect from you:
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, actively listen, and facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills: Proficiency in creating well-structured and detailed requirement documents.
- Analytical mindset: Capability to assess and interpret information, identifying key patterns and dependencies.
- Problem-solving aptitude: Skill in identifying issues, proposing viable solutions, and making informed recommendations.
- Excellent writing skills: Expertise in crafting clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
