Through proprietary next-generation technology and customizable MSP services, HWL delivers a vendor-neutral Total Talent Acquisition solution that lowers overall labor costs while reducing administrative burden.

HWL achieves remarkable success by forging deep partnerships founded on integrity, accountability, and trust. Our company welcomes innovative thinkers who desire to work with a team that consistently displays kindness and empathy and promotes individual and collective growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and execute strategic projects that drive the growth of the organization. This role will bridge thoughtful strategy with disciplined execution, requiring a blend of strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that align with both short and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Align project goals with overall company objectives and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
  • Identify and proactively manage project interdependencies and potential risks, offering solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee resource allocation and budgeting for projects to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, driving execution with limited guidance and navigating ambiguity.

Operational Excellence:

  • Deliver project milestones on time, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Lead planning sessions, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered, including marketing and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to map project phases and identify dependencies.
  • Ensure goals of initiatives and individual projects are met, while managing cross-project discussions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Ensure clear, transparent communication across core teams, project leaders, and executive sponsors.
  • Facilitate regular project status updates, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.
  • Provide tailored communications for different stakeholder groups (e.g., executive committees).

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, including quarterly meetings, client conferences, and industry seminars.

Company Culture & Values:

  • Conduct all duties in accordance with our company’s core values:
    • Others First: Prioritize team and client needs.
    • Wisdom: Make thoughtful, strategic decisions.
    • Growth: Continuously strive for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience: PMP certification and/or 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on Servant Leadership and emotional intelligence (EQ).
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, and document management systems.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and work independently or collaboratively.
    • High attention to detail and financial acumen.
    • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Performance Expectations:
  • Ensure that all program management objectives are achieved.
  • Complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a positive company image by ensuring transparent communication and high-quality execution.
  • Keep management well-informed of activities and issues.
