Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday  9am to 1pm UK time


Responsibilities

·       Make phone calls and send emails to local councils, utility companies, contractors, and other third-party providers on behalf of the team

·       Identify and resolve issues with incorrect bills, invoices, and other requests

·       Clearly communicate status updates and details back to relevant team members

·       Complete administrative tasks as assigned to help facilitate our real estate deals and business operations

·       Maintain organized records of correspondence and tasks

·       Other administrative support tasks as assigned



Requirements

·       Strong English and communication skills

·       Professional phone and email etiquette

·       Detail oriented

·       Able to learn financial concepts with training

·       Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

·       Basic finance or basic Xero bookkeeping experience
