This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Philippines residents only.

 

Schedule: Full-time

• Mondays to Fridays

  9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 30-minute paid break / 10:00pm - 6:00am Manila Time

Client Location/Timezone: Ontario, Canada, EST

Job/Company Overview: A Health clinic providing Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment services and treatments.

 

Job Responsibilities:

The Care Team Support will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

 

● Receive and process incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other electronic communications promptly and accurately.

● Maintain organized records and documentation of all correspondence and administrative tasks.

● Assist with data entry and documentation tasks as needed.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support ongoing clinic operations.

● Participate in training sessions to become proficient in specific systems and software used by the clinic.

● Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

● Medical experience or strong background in Billing is a requirement.

● Laptop/desktop must be a Windows OS device

● Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred.

● Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

● Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.

 

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
