As a Founder Associate at Omegga, you’ll work side by side with our founders, playing a key role in growing our vision and championing animal welfare. This role combines strategy, creativity, communication, and initiative, offering you the chance to make a real difference by diving deep into every part of our business—both in the day-to-day and on the big-picture level.
Your mission
What You'll Do
  • Project Management: Utilize your strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently. Steer them from conception through to execution and ensure they are completed on time and with excellence. Be proactive in addressing issues and seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Marketing & Public Relations: Enhance Omegga’s brand visibility by managing our online channels, writing press releases, handling press inquiries, and visiting/pitching at events and conferences.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth research across a broad range of topics, orchestrate and lead strategy workshops, and effectively introduce & implement developed strategies to drive organizational success.
  • Business Development: Scout and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with industry partners and investors.
  • Hiring: Build up a talent funnel and support in the hiring process of future employees.
  • Operations: Support in day-to-day operational tasks and management.
Your profile
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in project management and business development
  • Proficiency in Word/Docs, Powerpoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivation, with a passion for entrepreneurship and deeptech
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Competence in leveraging emerging technologies and tools to boost operational effectiveness
