Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a Provation Analyst to support our healthcare client in the implementation, optimization, and support of Provation. This is a remote, contract position that requires an experienced individual with deep knowledge of Provation systems and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document clinical workflows to ensure effective implementation and optimization of the Provation platform.
  • Configure and maintain Provation templates, procedures, and documentation workflows to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Provation system, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end users, ensuring adoption and proficiency with the platform.
  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and optimization to enhance performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders regarding system usage, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Provation Analyst or in a similar role supporting clinical documentation systems.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, including procedure documentation and reporting.
  • Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field is preferred.
