Description

Are you detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about technology? Do you enjoy collaborating with teams to develop solutions that empower community banks? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Deposits Business Analyst!


In this role, you’ll be a critical member of the Deposits Development team, responsible for coordinating and prioritizing development projects, writing business requirements, and leading quality assurance efforts to ensure the success of DCI’s deposits applications. Your work will enable community banks to deliver top-tier services, creating a lasting impact on local economies.

 

What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the review and prioritization of customer requests for system changes and enhancements.
  • Writing detailed business requirements for development projects to ensure clarity and precision.
  • Leading and coordinating quality assurance (QA) testing for software changes and overseeing the implementation process.
  • Communicating software changes to DCI customers through clear, written correspondence distributed by the Documentation team.
  • Providing back-up support to Customer Support, Implementations, Education, and other internal departments by addressing customer inquiries related to DCI software.
  • Supporting internal teams with technical guidance on developed programs and applications.
  • Collaborating with peers to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Regular and reliable attendance required.

 

What Will Help You Stand Out:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ACH processing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • General knowledge of banking operations and financial data processing.
  • Familiarity with bank compliance regulations.
  • Advanced understanding of financial computing applications and PC operations.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of DCI’s operations and applications.

In the afternoon, you’ll lead quality assurance testing to ensure smooth software implementation, and you’ll wrap up the day by addressing technical inquiries from internal teams. You’ll know your work directly impacts the success of our clients and their ability to serve their communities effectively.
