Job Description:
The ideal candidate is an expert-level Experienced SailPoint Engineer to support the Air Force's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiative. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ platform within a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) environment. The ICAM Administrator assists in preventing unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, and/or destruction of an organization's information. Supports the team responsible for ensuring the security of the organization's systems and information assets. This role operates independently, providing the most complex technical solutions for customers as a recognized authority in this discipline.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
  • Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions aligned with Air Force ICAM requirements.
  • Configure and maintain integration with existing Air Force systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and policies.
  • Provide technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support DISA STIG implementation and compliance.
  • Participate in security assessments and audits.
  • Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology.
  • Conducts audits and risk assessments and summarizes findings.  
 Experience Required:
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or in a related technical field.
  • At least five (5) years of post-college full-time experience.
  • At least eight (5) years of post-college full-time experience with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
  • At least three (3) years of experience working on a Federal Government team.
  • Experience administering and installing one of the following tools: Identity & Access Management technologies, Active Directory (ADFS), Azure, SAML, SSO, Zscaler, RSA SecurID
  • Experience scripting/developing one of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Python, C#, Visual Basic
Experience Desired:
  • Experience integrating SailPoint into hybrid government cloud environments.
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint with other third-party software, such as Radiant Logic, Okta and other government systems relying on data from the system.
  • Experience writing secure and efficient Java and BeanShell.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, contractors and senior level staff.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
  • Demonstrated experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports
Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:
  • IS and Cyber Security Administrator certifications or equivalent REQUIRED.
