Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Payments Coordinator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team of over 90 employees. Be part of a company that achieved $17M in revenue in 2022 and continues to drive innovation and success. The Payments Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Managing payment-related responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting team on tasks such as invoicing and payment processing.
  • Resolving finance-related questions.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities when possible, and verifying the output.
  • Importing data into our platform and CRM.
  • Storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations.
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • A strong background in customer support.
  • Financial experience in coordinating payment-related responsibilities, including collaboration with accounting, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Proven data management experience, such as working as a Data Entry Administrator or Analyst.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data programs, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. 
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies is especially beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Asana.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical SaaS environment product support.
  • A bachelor's degree.
Pay Rate Range: $22.00 - $25.00  per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
