Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Research Analyst will conduct in-depth research to support account-based marketing (ABM), sales, and business development strategies. This role focuses on gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting data about target accounts, industries, and market trends to provide actionable insights that enhance revenue growth and customer relationships.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Data Collection:

  • Conduct detailed research on target accounts, industries, competitors, and market trends using tools, databases, and public resources.
  • Analyze organizational structures, decision-makers, business needs, and pain points of key accounts.


Insight Generation:

  • Develop comprehensive profiles of target accounts, including SWOT analyses, strategic priorities, and buying behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities for personalized engagement and value-driven interactions.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align research outputs with ABM strategies.
  • Present findings in an organized and actionable format, such as reports, dashboards, or presentations.


Tools and Technology:

  • Utilize CRM systems, marketing platforms, and research tools to collect and manage data effectively.
  • Leverage analytics tools to interpret data trends and measure account engagement performance.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative research methods.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance account-based research and targeting efforts.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market research platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey insights and work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of specific industries or markets relevant to the organization.
