Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and train a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain accounting operations, including payroll and accounts management.
Perform detailed financial reconciliations and reporting.
Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
Manage payroll operations using Paychex and Bill.com.
Utilize NetSuite for financial tracking and reporting.
Contribute to developing financial strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Paychex, and Bill.com.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Experience in payroll management and financial reporting.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with payroll software like Paychex.
Familiarity with global accounting practices and regulations.
