What you will do
You will be responsible for leading the Corporate Compliance team to ensure perfect delivery of CAHPS compliance. This role is highly interactive with internal service and operations teams, IT, Finance and Information Security.  Additionally, you will work to grow associate talent by providing clear role definition and performance coaching.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and oversight of NRC Health’s quality assurance processes to ensure CAHPS compliance.
  • Review, monitor, develop and implement processes that will continue to increase the quality of products and adherence to CAHPS protocols and vendor SLAs delivered to internal and external customers.
  • Explore opportunities for process improvements and lead teams to implement.
  • Coach and develop Compliance associates and provide personal development and cross-training opportunities.
  • Oversee technical documentation (training documentation, SOPs, tracking logs, QAPs) and ensure all are up-to-date and comprehensive of all systems and compliance initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure product enhancement requests are captured, user stories are created, UAT occurs prior to release and training occurs on newly released enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations and Growth Team Leadership to ensure consistent delivery of communication and expectations.
 
 
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 - 5 years in a related field including service-oriented experience requiring multi-tasking with a high level of quality
  • Knowledge and understanding of CAHPS compliance and protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment characterized by multiple deadlines 

 

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $121,500 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
