Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth for our B2B division by owning the full sales process for qualified leads. This is a high-impact position that involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that empower funds and asset managers with our white-label technology. You’ll report directly to the Head of B2B Sales (co-founder), with autonomy to structure and execute deals while following our internal processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified leads, focusing on clients across Europe and MENA (especially Dubai).

  • Conduct compelling presentations to showcase how Zignaly’s solutions solve key challenges for crypto hedge funds, trading firms, and asset managers for increasing their AUM.

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their business models, goals, and pain points.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction.

  • Drive deals through to close by tailoring proposals to client needs within clearly defined guidelines, including flexibility for strategic adjustments to pricing and terms when justified, while maintaining our established value framework.

  • Provide strategic insights to improve sales processes and influence product direction.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commissions and incentives tied to deal size and performance.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar sales or account executive role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or white-label solutions. Experience with crypto/blockchain is a strong plus but not mandatory.

  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial markets. Knowledge of tokenization and RWAs (Real World Assets) is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Strong closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

    • Strategic thinking to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions.

    • High proficiency in English (near-native or fluent).

  • Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented individual with a passion for helping clients succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

What We Offer
  • Base salary: Starting from: $55,000 annually (depending on experience).

  • Attractive commission structure: Starting at 5% per deal, with the potential to earn significant bonuses given deal sizes ($25,000–$400,000+).
