Job Title: Senior Email Marketing Executive

Location: Remote (with travel twice a month to our central London Office)

A Day In The Life…
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Email Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious CRM team, to scale and grow our Canada Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, a creative flair for design and copywriting, and a familiarity with Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, QC test, and deploy all Email & SMS Campaigns & Flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications.
  • Owning the revenue target for Canada, and actively contributing to the Canada CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the wider Email Marketing Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing & goal codes, and sending rules.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to brief and ideate new campaign templates.
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the planning of the email marketing calendar.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing (especially in Canada), incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

Previous (min. 2 years) experience in Email Marketing – ideally in eCommerce/D2C.

  • Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
  • Proficient in using Excel to provide in-depth analysis of our email performance, as well as our customer database.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in creating top-class emails - including design and copy - and a proven track record of improving KPIs through vigorous AB testing.
  • End-to-end email and campaign project management.
  • Good self-management and time-management skills.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Figma, Indesign or equivalent design software.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Experience with the Canadian market (a basic understanding of the French language would be an advantage).
