We are looking for a true team player who has previously managed the backend ops and stack that supports the marketing and revenue team’s initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. About the Role

The Marketing Ops Lead will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales departments, optimizing communication and workflows to maximize ROI and align marketing strategies with business objectives.

In addition to operational oversight, you’ll be  heavily involved in data analysis and performance metrics. You’ll guide the team on using analytics to assess the effectiveness of email programs and marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of data management tools to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

A day in the life of a Marketing Operations Lead at Kindo:

  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection and implementation of marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Monitor spending and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support for marketing team members on new tools and best practices.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Have fun! This team is hungry, innovative and focused on building a product that is truly disruptive. 

Experience Required

  • Must have 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and/or Growth roles at a B2B company - ideally for an early-growth stage deep tech startup.
  • Must have deep HubSpot experience, setting up full workflows, nurtures and full funnel dashboards 
  • Must have experience setting up processes with SDRs and/or BDRs for GTM lead routing
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager 
  • Excellent communicator – this role has a lot of visibility across Marketing, Sales and Founder teams.
