Overview

As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across Rithum's global entities. This position requires a deep understanding of payroll administration and strong attention to detail, as you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers, and maintain compliance with state and federal and international payroll regulations. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will interface with various departments, external auditors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to manage and maintain payroll records seamlessly.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing utilizing the CloudPay and ADP platform.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather and validate payroll data from different regions.
  • Conduct thorough payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on global payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
  • Prepare payroll reports, analyze payroll data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and external parties.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other related processes.
  • Support payroll-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of global payroll services experience required.
  • Sound working knowledge of managing complex, global payrolls, preferably with specific expertise in CloudPay.
  • Solid understanding of global payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present payroll data clearly.
  • Experience in managing payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with international teams to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of global payroll services experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and calculations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Global mindset with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
