We need an English-fluent Team Lead/Architect, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Python-based solutions.
Architect and implement cloud-native applications using GCP, Kubernetes, and other modern technologies.
Architect and integrate multiple software platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Auth0, JWT, API keys, secret store, Oath2, and SAML.
Oversee the provisioning and security of APIs, ensuring robust identity provider (IDP) integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for API development and integration.
Ensure the security and compliance of all integrated systems and data exchanges.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Utilize VertexAI, LLM, and GenAI to develop advanced AI-driven functionalities.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development and architecture experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in a SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Kubernetes and GCP.
Hands-on experience with VertexAI, LLM, and GenAI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, and will be extended as a long-term contract.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
