Job Description: Bilingual Intake Specialist

Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and empathetic Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide a seamless intake experience for clients, gather essential information, and ensure accurate documentation. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and messages in both languages.
  • Conduct thorough client intake by gathering detailed information regarding personal injury cases.
  • Assess client needs to route them to the appropriate department or professional.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the company’s CRM or database.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and next steps clearly and compassionately.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all required documentation is collected and accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for client onboarding.
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, intake, or administrative roles in the Legal field.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Empathy and a client-focused approach to service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of intake procedures within US Law firms.
