Pre-Sales Manager - France

About the requirement
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to join our Boldyn Networks – Private Networks Europe (PNE) team. This position will drive the growth of the Private Networks business in France by actively participating in the pre-bid stage, developing technical proposals, consultations with strategic partners/vendors, offering preparation, and presenting compelling solutions to customers and key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for analysing complex business challenges, translating them into innovative technical proposals, and ensuring tailored and optimal solutions that address industrial and public sector customer challenges and align with their strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the our Private Networks Europe team, the position will:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical experts to gather customer requirements and understand their business objectives – design innovative solutions based on customer needs that align with our current and future offerings within the private 5G network domain
- Prepare and present high-quality technical proposals and clear presentations during the pre-bid stage
- Work on offer preparation and presentations during the bidding phase and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and go-to-market partners
- Understand and implement the pricing of network/solution elements and contribute to cost budget preparation for projects
- Work pro-actively and independently, with guidance in the form of policies and guidelines and with coaching from senior experts at Boldyn Networks
- Achieve results through collaboration and demonstrate a "can-do" working style and persistence in pursuing opportunities

- Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent competence
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in pre-sales and technical support roles and experience working in some of the following industry areas: telecommunications and/or manufacturing, logistics, mining, refineries and other process industries, power plants
- A collaborative, flexible, solution-focused approach with good customer-facing skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, networks, and infrastructure
- A "can-do" working style and persistence in pursuing opportunities
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record in pre-sales and technical support roles
- Understanding of telecommunications technologies
- Languages (French and English)
