Job Description

We are a leader in the Repossession industry. We are seeking a detail oriented, driven Administrative Processor to join our team. The position will involve processing client/agent requests while you manage a high call volume. This position requires a highly motiviated indiviual with a strong ability to work independently to complete tasks as well as within a team


Basic Requirements
  • Excellent service attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • A strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and skills to provide telephone support. Ability to provide support to staff via telephone as a Customer Service Representative.
  • A desire to learn new technology and grow professionally.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria (USA or Mexico).
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Full-time availability.

    Skills
  • High multi-tasking environment
  • Work within multiple systems 
  • Utilize client/lender databases, if applies, to execute specific lender requirements.
  • Work in upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens
     

*This position will be fully remote, candidate must reside in Mexico
