We are looking for dedicated and resilient individuals to join our Outbound Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, navigate structured conversations, and help connect them with the right resources. Job Description:
  • Handle outbound calls to leads within the company’s database
  • Interact with individuals who may have experienced traumatic events
  • Operate within a structured call process, from initial contact to warm transfer
  • Adapt to changing client moods and maintain professionalism throughout calls
  • Potential to earn a bonus when targets are met
  • Follow up on mailers sent to potential clients
  • Read through a provided script to engage prospects
  • Handle initial objections and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Transfer qualified leads to main sales representatives
  • Make 5-20 successful transfers per 8-hour shift
  • Navigate a custom-built CRM system
  • Use an integrated dialer system to make outbound calls




Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent
  • Ability to maintain a warm, friendly, and comfortable phone presence
  • Resilience and thick skin to handle potential rejection or negative responses
  • Basic computer skills to operate CRM and dialer systems
  • Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
  • Strong listening skills and ability to gauge client responses
